What happens if no-one is home when your gift is delivered?
Our boxes are designed to fit through a standard letterbox. Royal Mail should post your gift straight through.
I have entered the wrong delivery information.
Email info@giftthem.co.uk with your order reference making it clear what needs updating and we will get it amended.
My order hasn’t arrived.
Check your tracking details with Royal Mail. If this does not resolve your issue, email info@giftthem.co.uk with your order reference and the response from Royal Mail.
I want to cancel my order.
If you would like to cancel your order, email info@giftthem.co.uk with your order details and delivery address before 15:00pm on the day of ordering.
I want to make a complaint.

Mainland UK only.
What are your delivery methods?
We use Royal Mail to send our boxes, this is either the next working day or 1-2 days after your order, depending on the shipping method selected when you place your order.
Do you accommodate corporate orders?
